Award-winning author of Silk Roads joins Lebnani’s Chef Jad Youssef for a one-night-only celebration of food, culture and togetherness on Thursday 26 November 2026
For one night only, the pair will reimagine the traditional Thanksgiving feast, combining their respective culinary heritages to create a menu inspired by the flavours and traditions of the Middle East and the countries along the historic Silk Roads, from Iran and Azerbaijan through Central Asia and Georgia.
Thanksgiving is all about coming together, sharing good food and spending time with the people you love. It’s something that feels very close to our Lebanese and Iranian roots too, where food has always been a way of bringing people together. We’d love for you to join us around the table, share a few dishes from our cultures, and enjoy the kind of evening where the food is plentiful.
