One of the oldest cities in the World, Beirut is an intoxicating mix of East and West. Did you know, Lebanon was known as the “Switzerland of the East”. The Lebanese have been known for their hospitality, vast spreads of delicious, healthy and rich foods, and the traditional expertise of how to throw a great and bountiful event.
A ubiquitous item on Lebanese menus is the famous mezze, a fabulous spread of all kinds of Lebanese specialties. These dishes, offered cold or hot are a great way to enjoy all the different tastes of Lebanese Cuisine. The idea of mezze comes from a Mediterranean tradition of sharing food and conversation with others. If you ask any local about Lebanese food, they’ll probably tell you it’s one of the best cuisines in the world and it’s not far from the truth. The local dishes like tabbouleh, hummus, falafel and shawarma are some of the world’s favourites.

Lebanese food is hearty, with herbs and spice and all things nice!
